Attendants are unlicensed personnel that provide basic care for medically fragile children at home and may perform many tasks of daily living. With this option a family may have another family member or friend available to care for children at home with special needs. The Attendant reports to the RN Case Manager.

Attendant Services Include:

• Light Housekeeping & Laundry
• Protective Supervision
• Reports emergencies to the proper authorities (911) immediately
• Reports Safety & Fire Hazards
• Shopping & Errands
• Meal Planning & Preparation
• Assists supervisor in monitoring client psychosocial, mental and physical status and reports any significant client changes.
